EPSON 7700 7900 9700 9900 Pump Assembly/Cleaning Unit Description

1. Clean, extract, and drain the printhead.

2. Clean the nozzles before printing to ensure normal ink jetting.

3. Perform “powerful cleaning” or maintenance mode regularly.

4. Drain the waste ink into the ink pad or waste ink bottle.

The ink pump has a limited lifespan and will wear out over time, causing a decrease in suction. If there is leakage or abnormal noise in the entire set, the entire set needs to be replaced.
