JYY Air Pump JYY(B)-Q-30-I Description

1. Maintain ink supply pressure
The air pump applies pressure to the ink path to help the ink flow steadily to the printhead, ensuring uniform and smooth inkjet.

2. Expel air from the ink path
If there is air in the ink path, it will cause ink breakage and printhead clogging. The air pump can effectively expel bubbles in the system to improve printing stability.

3. Work with the negative pressure system
In some printing systems, the air pump works with the negative pressure device to adjust the pressure between the printhead and the ink damper to avoid ink leakage or insufficient ink absorption.

4. Support the automatic cleaning function
The air pump can provide suction when cleaning the printhead to extract waste ink, thereby keeping the printhead clean.
