KHF-30 Air Ink Pump (7W-24V) Description
1. Maintain ink supply pressure
The air pump applies pressure to the ink path to help the ink flow steadily to the nozzle, ensuring uniform and smooth inkjet.
2. Expel air from the ink path
If there is air in the ink path, it will cause ink breakage and nozzle blockage. The air pump can effectively expel bubbles in the system to improve printing stability.
3. Work with a negative pressure system
In some printing systems, the air pump works with the negative pressure device to adjust the pressure between the nozzle and the ink bag to avoid ink leakage or insufficient ink absorption.
4. Support the automatic cleaning function
