The STARFIRE® SG1024/MA is an engineered piezoelectric drop-on-demand (DoD) inkjet printhead designed specifically for integration into high-speed, single-pass industrial printing systems. Built for reliability and consistent performance in continuous operation environments, this printhead delivers precise droplet control at 400 dots per inch resolution using a dense array of 1024 independently addressable nozzles.

Featuring a compact, self-contained design with integrated ink recirculation, the SG1024/MA ensures stable jetting performance by maintaining optimal ink viscosity and preventing particle settling or bubble formation—critical factors in industrial textile, décor, label, and wide-format graphic applications.

The printhead utilizes a durable, replaceable metal nozzle plate with eight staggered rows of nozzles, enabling uniform dot placement and minimizing banding effects during high-speed scanning. Its robust construction employs field-proven materials resistant to chemical degradation and mechanical wear, supporting long-term deployment in harsh production settings.
