Konica HS1000 Printhead Konica 1024i LHE Description

The Konica HS1000 printhead serves as a replacement for the Konica Minolta KM1024i LHE. It features 1024 nozzles with a droplet size of 30 picoliters and a native resolution of 360 dpi, ensuring high-quality printing. The printhead boasts a maximum drive frequency of 27 kHz, which is approximately three times higher than that of the KM1024 series. This makes it ideal for developing single-pass system inkjet printers capable of high-speed printing.

Like its predecessor, the HS1000 is equipped with a high-performance IC, supporting up to 8 grayscale levels. This capability allows for richer grayscale reproduction and enhanced image quality, making it suitable for new applications requiring higher precision. Additionally, the printhead supports UV, oil-based, and solvent inks and includes an integrated heater to ensure optimal performance with high-viscosity inks.
