The Ricoh GH2220 printhead is a high-performance industrial inkjet print head designed for aqueous and solvent-based inks, offering reliable operation across a wide range of applications.

It features a piston pusher mechanism with a metallic diaphragm plate, enabling precise control over ink droplet formation and consistent print quality.

With a print width of 32.4 mm (1.28") and 384 nozzles, the GH2220 delivers high-resolution output suitable for signage, textiles, coding, and marking.

The printhead supports binary mode (3–5 pl) and gray-scale mode (21±2 pl), providing flexibility in image detail and print speed.

It operates at a jetting frequency of up to 30 kHz in binary mode, and includes frame-abutting alignment for accurate multi-head configurations.
