Mimaki UCJV150/UCJV300 Printhead M026887 Description

The Mimaki M026887 printhead is designed for integration into UCJV150 and UCJV300 series flatbed UV printers, delivering high-resolution output across a wide range of rigid substrates.

This printhead features a 4-line nozzle array (4 × 320 nozzles), achieving a maximum nozzle density of 600 npi (nozzles per inch), which supports sharp detail and smooth tonal transitions in both graphics and text.

It operates using D33 stacked PZT piezoelectric technology, enabling precise control over ink droplet formation. The native drop volume is 7 picoliters, with an adjustable range from 7 to 35 picoliters, allowing flexibility in print quality and material usage.

With a maximum jetting frequency of 60 kHz and a drop velocity of 7 meters per second, it enables fast printing speeds without compromising accuracy or consistency.

Constructed from stainless steel (SST), nickel alloy, and epoxy adhesive, the printhead includes a coated SST nozzle plate for enhanced durability under continuous operation.

An integrated heater and thermistor system maintains stable temperature performance up to 80°C, ensuring reliable ink viscosity and consistent jetting behavior across varying environmental conditions.

Each nozzle is rated for 100 billion actuations, supporting long-term use in high-volume production environments.
