The Mimaki M022625 printhead is engineered for high-speed, high-resolution printing in industrial flatbed systems, specifically designed for integration with the Mimaki JFX200-2513 platform.

It features a 4-line nozzle configuration (4 × 320 nozzles), delivering a maximum nozzle density of 600 npi (nozzles per inch), enabling fine detail and smooth gradations across large-format prints.

Utilizing D33 stacked PZT piezoelectric technology, this printhead supports variable drop imaging with a minimum drop volume of 7 picoliters and an adjustable range up to 35 picoliters, ideal for balancing print quality and throughput.

With a maximum jetting frequency of 60 kHz and a drop velocity of 7 meters per second, it ensures rapid firing response and consistent droplet placement, even at high production speeds.

The printhead is constructed using stainless steel (SST), nickel alloy, and epoxy adhesive, with a coated SST nozzle plate for durability in demanding printing environments.

An integrated heater and thermistor allow for active temperature management, supporting stable operation up to 80°C, which is critical for consistent ink viscosity and jetting performance.

Designed for longevity, each nozzle is rated for 100 billion actuations, making it suitable for continuous, high-volume printing applications.
